Please log into the client area to submit a cancellation form if you wish to stop this service.

1. visit - https://www.photonvps.com/billing/clientarea.php
2. Now go to products - https://www.photonvps.com/billing/clientarea.php?action=products
3. Click on "View Details" next to the service you wish to cancel
4. Click on "Management Action" tab and from drop down select "Request Cancellation"

*If you would like a refund, please make sure to mention that in the cancellation reason and also open a ticket requesting a refund.  Refunds usually take up to 7 days but in some cases can take up to 2-3 weeks. 

*If you have an active Paypal subscription, please cancel that through Paypal's system to avoid future automatic payments sent to us.
