The steps below will guide you through the process of rebuilding your server with a clean OS installation.  Please understand that rebuilding your server will delete all current data on the server and you will get a clean OS installation.

**PLEASE ONLY PROCEED IF YOU WISH TO WIPE ALL DATA FROM YOUR CURRENT SERVER AND SETUP A FRESH SERVER WITH CLEAN OS

1. Log into client area https://www.photonvps.com/billing/clientarea.php
2. Next go to "My Services" under Services or visit https://www.photonvps.com/billing/clientarea.php?action=products
3. For the server that you wish to rebuild, click on "View Details"
4. Next click on "Virtual Machine Settings"
5. Click on "Rebuild Virtual Machine"

Rebuild process can take up to 30 minutes for Linux and 2 hours for Windows.
